Our movie take on the beloved sports trivia format. The grid has three row actors and three column actors; every cell needs a third actor who has starred in a film with both the cell's row star and its column star. Nine cells, one guess each.
The choice tiers (Easy, Medium, Hard) turn each cell into multiple choice with more or fewer options; Expert is free-text. The hint reveals a connecting film: a movie the row actor made whose cast contains a valid answer — find the castmate who also worked with the column actor. Ensemble casts are your best friends — a heist film or a war epic can single-handedly fill half a grid. When two axis actors feel impossible to bridge, think about who was famous when both were active: the answer is often a character actor with a thirty-year filmography rather than an A-lister. At game's end, unsolved cells reveal an example answer, which is a great way to learn the connectors you missed.
